We are delighted to assist you in booking an appointment with us. To facilitate the booking process, we kindly requests all guests to sign up and create an account. Should you encounter any difficulties, please feel free to reach out to our spa managers for assistance.
Before your visit, please check our real-time schedule online to stay informed about any changes to your attendant's working hours. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact the spa for clarification prior to your arrival.
In consideration of our team's time and effort, we kindly ask for a minimum of 4 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. A late cancellation fee of $100 will be applied on your next visit or before you can make another booking. Additionally, no-show appointments will incur a fee of $210, which can be settled on your next visit or before scheduling a new appointment.
If you anticipate running late, please notify us in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any inconvenience. Appointments will be forfeited if you fail to notify us within 5 minutes of your scheduled time. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the duration of your appointment accordingly.
